(一)碾压混凝土坝的发展和应用简况碾压混凝土(RCC)是一种新概念,即用常规的土石方施工机械和土石方施工方法来完成无坍落度混凝土的运输、浇筑和碾压.碾压混凝土是1969年和1972年美国加里福尼亚州阿西劳莫召开的“工程基础会议”上首先提出的,由于它有许多优点,受到各国普遍重视,如美国、英国、日本、加拿大、巴西等许多国家都进行了一系列研究工作.七十年代后,这项技术逐渐用于工程,并且发展很快.最早把碾压混凝土作为填筑结构的,是1974年巴基斯坦的塔贝拉(Tarbela)坝,
