为提高焊接自动化程度和焊缝质量,研制了以MCS-51刊单片机为核心的弧长自动跟踪和自动接触引弧控制系统.该系统利用数理统计法进行弧长采样,省略了采样电路中A/D转换环节,使控制系统不仅有良好控制性能,而且结构简单,抗干扰能力强.采用计算机控制的自动接触引弧技术,引燃可靠,钨电极污染极小,并避免了高频高压引弧对电子线路和环境的危害.
In order to improve the degree of welding automation and the quality of the weld, an arc length automatic tracking and automatic contact arc control system based on MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer was developed. The system uses mathematical statistics for arc length sampling, omitting the A / D conversion circuit in the sampling circuit, so that the control system not only has good control performance, but also has the advantages of simple structure and strong anti-interference ability. The use of computer-controlled automatic contact arc ignition technology, reliable ignition, tungsten electrode contamination is minimal, and to avoid the high-frequency high voltage arc on the electronic circuit and the environmental hazards.
