对话文化对强者的要求高于弱者,要求居于高位的一方要降低姿态、主动进行换位思考,在平等的基础上沟通、协商,为学校民主管理奠定基础。对话文化要求在对话渠道上赋予信息化的时代内涵,在对话路径上强调人与人、人与社会、人与大自然及人与自我的对话。在学校文化建设中,对话的习惯与深度决定着学校文化建设的品质高下,而对话文化则帮助学校文化超越“呈现”层面,走向“氛围”和“气质”的高品质阶段。
