已证实皮肌炎与多发性肌炎尤其是皮肌炎与许多肿瘤有关。既往文献仅报告1例多发性肌炎伴有脑膜瘤。本文报告1例皮肌炎患者同时合并脑膜瘤及结肠癌。 患者女性,73岁。因头痛、吞咽困难及全身肌无力就诊。66岁时因肌力逐渐下降伴皮疹4个月首次住院。当时体格检查:颈部、四肢肌无力和肌痛,面部红斑累及额、颊部,呈蓝紫色,上眼睑水肿,上胸部毛细血管扩张,双上臂和双小腿可见红斑。患者起坐、爬楼及与举手困难。肝、脾与淋巴腺未触及。实验室检查:ESR80mm/h,CK 353 IU/L(正常15～110 IU/L),
Dermatomyositis has been shown to be associated with polymyositis, especially dermatomyositis, and many tumors. Previous literature only reported 1 case of polymyositis with meningioma. This article reports a case of dermatomyositis patients with concurrent meningioma and colon cancer. Patient female, 73 years old. Due to headaches, swallowing difficulties and myasthenia gravis. 66 years old due to progressive decline in muscle with rash for the first time in 4 months hospitalization. At that time physical examination: neck, limb weakness and myalgia, facial erythema involving the amount of cheek, was purple, upper eyelid edema, upper thoracic telangiectasia, double upper arm and double lower leg visible erythema.
