目的了解深圳龙华街道建筑工地工人的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)、梅毒螺旋体和艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染现状。方法对2010年6-8月在深圳龙华街道各大中型建筑工地作业的建筑工人进行专项干预,抽取血液进行血清学检测。结果 101名建筑工人中检出HBsAg阳性14人,阳性率为13.86%,HBV感染(HBsAg和抗-HBc中一项阳性或两者阳性为感染标记)56人,总感染率为55.45%;抗-HCV阳性者1人,阳性率为0.99%;梅毒抗体阳性3人,阳性率为2.97%;抗-HIV均阴性。结论深圳建筑工人是乙肝和梅毒的高危人群。
Objective To understand the status of Hepatitis B virus (HBV), Hepatitis C virus (HCV), Treponema pallidum and HIV infection among workers in construction site of Longhua Street, Shenzhen. Methods A special intervention was conducted on construction workers working in various medium-sized construction sites in Longhua Street in June-August 2010 to collect blood for serological tests. Results A total of 14 HBsAg positive cases were found in 101 construction workers, with a positive rate of 13.86%. HBV infection (56 positive for one of HBsAg and anti-HBc or positive for both) was detected with a total infection rate of 55.45% -HCV positive one, the positive rate was 0.99%; syphilis antibody positive 3, the positive rate was 2.97%; anti-HIV were negative. Conclusion Shenzhen construction workers are at high risk of hepatitis B and syphilis.
