为了实现煤炭洗选工艺设备的大型化、缩减基建面积和提高节能效果,提出了一种应用共振筛分的矿用节能多级振动筛,并开发了虚拟样机,制作了实物样机,建立了矿用节能多级振动筛的振动力学模型。通过理论分析指出了其反向共振筛分原理中2级筛体振动的振幅比和质量比关系;通过样机测振试验,验证了其理论和结构的合理性、节能性及对地基传递振动减弱特点。
