油酸多相脂质体(139)是本室研制的抗癌药,动物及临床试验均显示了良好的抗肿瘤作用。本文进一步探讨了139对小鼠免疫功能的影响。实验结果,腹腔注射139可提高小鼠的碳廓清能力并显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;对血清溶血素水平无明显影响;对脾抗体生成细胞(PFC)的功能有一定的双向调节作用;对用ConA和LPS诱导的T、B淋巴细胞增殖亦有一定的双向调节作用;促进迟发型超敏反应(DTH),对抗环磷酰胺(CY)的抑制效应。结果表明,139对非特异性免疫有较明显的增强作用,而对特异性体液免疫和细胞免疫有一定的双向调节作用。
Oleic acid multiphasic liposomes (139) are anticancer drugs developed in this laboratory. Animal and clinical trials have shown good anti-tumor effects. This article further explored the effect of 139 on immune function in mice. Experimental results, intraperitoneal injection of 139 can improve the ability of mice to remove carbon and significantly enhance the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages; no significant effect on the level of serum hemolysin; a certain degree of bi-directional regulation of spleen antibody-producing cells (PFC) function. There is also a certain degree of bidirectional regulation of the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes induced by ConA and LPS; it promotes delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) and inhibits the inhibitory effect of cyclophosphamide (CY). The results showed that 139 pairs of non-specific immunity have a significant enhancement effect, and there is a certain degree of two-way regulation of specific humoral and cellular immunity.
