2015年7月11日,国务院办公厅印发《关于支持戏曲传承发展若干政策》的通知(国办发〔2015〕52号)在全国引起强烈反响,广大戏曲工作者和戏曲从业人员普遍感到“戏曲发展的又一个春天来到了”。然而,面对全国近300多个剧种,各自发展、传承和保护过程中面临的各种各样的困难,如何传承、怎么保护、如何发展等现实问题一片茫然。或许,我们从戏曲音乐的角度可以发现戏曲文化的传承、保护与发展的一般规律。
On July 11, 2015, the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the “Several Policies Supporting the Inheritance and Development of Traditional Chinese Opera” (Guo Ban Fa [2015] No. 52) aroused strong repercussions in the whole country. The majority of opera workers and opera practitioners generally felt that “ Another spring of drama development came. ” However, in the face of nearly 300 operas nationwide, the real problems of how to inherit, how to protect and how to develop are facing a dilemma in the various difficulties encountered in their respective development, inheritance and protection. Perhaps, from the perspective of opera music, we can find out the general law of the inheritance, protection and development of opera culture.
