我国铁路旅客列车上的电风扇一直使用解放前设计的直流摇头电风扇。该电风扇运转时换向器与碳刷间产生火花,是一个火灾隐患。另外,其摇头机构容易损坏,安装拆卸费时费力。当前,我国客流量大,长途客车多,列车运行时间长,电扇的维修时间短,致使大量电扇带病运转,已远远满足不了铁路旅客运输的需要。为此,济南铁路局科研所在有关单位的配合下,联合开展了WS—350型无刷电风扇的研制开发。经过2年时间,于1994在客车上安装试用,运转正常。
The electric fans on China’s railway passenger trains have been using the DC oscillating fans designed before liberation.
