活塞式压缩机的指示图是分析压缩机性能的重要工具。许多中、小型空压机的指示图,在吸、排气过程中有压力波动,有时气缸内的排气压力甚至低于用弹簧管式压力表测得的排气腔压力。对一台输气量10米~3/分的压缩机进行了实验测定和理论计算,表明这种情况是气腔中的压力脉动造成的。由弹簧力过“硬”产生的阀片颤抖也会造成指示图上的压力波动,但这时不会产生缸内排气压力低于弹簧管式压力计读数的情况。
Piston compressor diagram is an important tool to analyze compressor performance.
