【目的/意义】研究区域科技创新信息要素资源配置的影响因素,以期进一步实现区域科技创新信息要素配置的优化。【方法/过程】选取2007-2015年面板数据,使用空间杜宾分析法分析对中国大陆31个省市自治区的科技创新信息要素资源配置的各项影响因素进行研究。【结果/结论】中国区域科技创新信息资源配置主要为科研投入与信息化水平驱动型,并存在较强的空间集聚效应;区域信息化水平能明显促进本区域的科技创新信息要素资源配置水平,但缺乏溢出效应,抑制了周边区域发展;研究与开发机构资金投入与对外开放程度对本区域有明显的促进作用,而且存在空间外溢现象,能带动周边区域科技创新信息资源发展;而区域工业化水平对科技创新信息要素资源配置存在负向影响。
[Purpose / Significance] To study the influencing factors of the allocation of information elements of regional S & T innovation so as to further optimize the allocation of information elements of S & T innovation in the region. Methods / Processes Panel data from 2007 to 2015 were selected to analyze the influencing factors of resource allocation of S & T information elements in 31 provinces in mainland China using spatial DUBIN analysis. [Results / Conclusion] China’s regional science and technology innovation information resources allocation is driven by the level of scientific research input and informationization, and has strong spatial agglomeration effect. The regional informationization level can obviously promote the level of resources allocation of science and technology innovation information resources in the region, But the lack of spillover effect hindered the development of the surrounding area. The financial input of R & D institutions and the degree of opening to the outside world could obviously promote the region, and there was a phenomenon of spillover of space that could spur the development of information resources of science and technology innovation in the surrounding areas. However, the level of regional industrialization There is a negative impact on resources allocation of information elements in science and technology innovation.
