香蕉束顶病在香蕉种植国极为常见。Ramaswamy(1975)曾研究了生长调节物质对束顶病侵染植株的影响。Alagiamanavalan 等(1973)亦对香蕉结实质量作了观察,但未获各种养分在染病植株不同部位分布情况的资料。本试验研究了磷(~(32)P)在 Robusta 香蕉(Musaparadjsiaca Linn.)健壮植株和束顶病侵染植株不同部位——叶、假茎、球茎和根部中的分布情况。选4月龄的 Robusta 香蕉染病植株和健壮植株,用 No.6软木穿孔器在离地面20cm 的假茎上钻一小孔,并注入1mCi~(32)P 溶液,用棉花吸干孔内渗出汁液。待~(32)P 溶液进入假茎后,
Banana bunchy tops are very common in banana growing countries. Ramaswamy (1975) studied the effects of growth regulators on plants infected with BOT. Alagiamanavalan et al. (1973) also observed the quality of bananas but did not obtain information on the distribution of different nutrients in different parts of the infected plants. The present study investigated the distribution of phosphorus (~ (32) P) in different parts of Robusta banana (Musaparadjsiaca Linn.)
