目的分析旅顺口区2007~2011年5岁以下儿童营养性缺铁性贫血调查情况及影响因素。方法利用2007~2011年旅顺口区5岁以下儿童营养性缺铁性贫血监测资料由妇幼保健专业人员进行填写、统计和分析。结果 5年间共监测19466人次,贫血397人,贫血率20.40‰。其中轻度贫血346人,贫血率17.78‰;中度贫血51人,贫血率2.62‰;重度贫血0人。结论加强儿童系统保健管理,提高母乳喂养率,及时添加含铁丰富的辅助食品,加强托幼机构膳食结构的管理与指导等,是预防儿童营养性缺铁性贫血的关键。
Objective To analyze the survey and influencing factors of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children under 5 years old in Lushunkou District from 2007 to 2011. Methods The data of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children under 5 years of age in Lushunkou District from 2007 to 2011 were collected, counted and analyzed by maternal and child health professionals. Results A total of 19,466 person-times were monitored during the five years, 397 were anemic and the rate of anemia was 20.40 ‰. Including 346 mild anemia, anemia rate of 17.78 ‰; 51 moderate anemia, anemia rate 2.62 ‰; 0 severe anemia. Conclusion It is the key to prevent nutritional deficiencies of children with iron deficiency anemia by strengthening the systematic management of children’s health, raising the rate of breastfeeding, adding supplemental iron-rich foods in time, and strengthening the management and guidance of the dietary structure of nurseries.
