法兰一般通过手工焊接的方式固接在管状零件或筒状零件上,针对手工焊接劳动强度高、效率低、焊接质量差等问题,研制了管、筒状零件连接法兰专用自动焊机。它主要包括机架、回转工作台、摆臂、滑移架、送丝机、控制驱动装置、控制柜、焊枪等。该焊机有两个回转工作台,由PLC控制,具有结构简单、制作成本低、焊接速度快、焊接质量好、劳动强度低的优点,特别适于中小型企业使用。
The flange is usually fixed to the tubular parts or the tubular parts by hand welding. In view of the problems of high labor intensity, low efficiency and poor welding quality of the hand welding, the flange is specially developed for automatic connection of flanges and tubular parts.
