报道 4 3种澳大利亚及 2种国产外生菌根菌株在广东尾叶桉人工林上的筛选试验的初期研究结果。分别对试验林 6、12和 2 4个月的生长情况进行了调查 ,数据分析结果表明 ,与未接种对照林木相比 ,接种试验林在树高和地径 (或胸径 )生长量上均表现出显著的接种优势 (P <0 .0 1) ;接种林 3次调查平均树高生长量最大增幅分别为 2 6.1%、33.7%和 2 7.4 % ,地径 (或胸径 )最大增幅分别为 19.2 %、2 1.59%和 19.32 % ;2 4个月时每公顷材积最大增幅为 56.8%。E0 710 (Laccaria)、H4 670 (Labyrinthomyces)、E4 50 1(Amanita)、E2 0 13(Laccaria)、C930 1(Pisolithus)、H12 72 (Sclero derma)、H1194 (Thaxterogaster)、H0 60 3(Scleroderma)、H4 0 11(Labyrinthomyces)、H12 35(Protube ra)等菌株对尾叶桉的促生效果较好。本试验初步筛选出多种优良菌株 ,对华南地区尾叶桉人工林生产具有一定的应用前景。分析了各接种菌株对尾叶桉人工林前期接种效应及其相对稳定性 ,并比较了菌种剂型对接种效应的影响情况
This paper reports the preliminary results of the screening test of 43 species of Australian and 2 domestic ectomycorrhizal strains on Eucalyptus urophylla plantations. The growth of 6, 12 and 24 months of the experimental forest was investigated respectively. The results of the data analysis showed that compared with the unvaccinated control forest, the inoculated experimental forest showed both tree height and diameter (or DBH) growth (P <0.01). The maximum increment of average tree height growth in three surveys of inoculated forests was respectively 21.61%, 33.7% and 7.4%, and the maximum increase of ground diameter (or DBH) was 19.2 %, 2 1.59% and 19.32% respectively. The maximum volume increase per hectare reached 56.8% in 24 months. E0 710 (Laccaria), H4 670 (Labyrinthomyces), E4 50 1 (Amanita), E2 0 13 (Laccaria), C930 1 (Pisolithus), H12 72 (Sclero derma), H1194 (Thaxterogaster) , H4 0 11 (Labyrinthomyces), H12 35 (Protube ra) and other strains of Eucalyptus urophylla had better promoting effect. This experiment preliminary screening a variety of excellent strains of Eucalyptus urophylla plantation in southern China has some prospects. The inoculation effect and relative stability of the inoculated strains on the early stage of Eucalyptus urophylla plantation were analyzed, and the effects of the bacterial strain on the inoculation effect were compared
