目的:优选紫锥菊药材地上部分的提取工艺,建立菊苣酸的含量测定方法。方法:择L9(34)正交表安排试验,以有效成分菊苣酸的含量为指标优选工艺参数。结果:紫锥菊的最佳提取工艺为12倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5 h。菊苣酸线性范围在0.011~1.100 mg,r=0.999 8,平均回收率99.51%(RSD=1.01%,n=6)。结论:工艺稳定、可行,适合工业化生产;含量测定方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于控制紫锥菊的质量。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of the aerial part of Echinacea purpurea and establish a method for the determination of cichoric acid. Methods: The L9(34) orthogonal table was selected to arrange the experiment. The content of the effective ingredient cichoric acid was used as the index to optimize the process parameters. Results: The best extraction process of Echinacea purpurea was 12 times 60% ethanol extraction for 1.5 h each time. The linear range of cichoric acid ranged from 0.011 to 1.100 mg, r=0.999 8, and the average recovery was 99.51% (RSD=1.01%, n=6). Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible, and it is suitable for industrial production. The content determination method is simple and accurate with good repeatability and can be used to control the quality of Echinacea.
