研究了氧气对除钴的影响,并试图采用亚硫酸钠来消除氧气的影响。研究了亚硫酸钠的浓度对除钴效率的影响。采用EPMA分析锌粉置换渣,结果表明,Na2SO3量大时,元素硫吸附在锌粉表面形成钝化层,除钴反而降低;量太小时,又起不到消耗氧的作用,所以100mg.L-1Na2SO3比较适合,它对除钴效率的提高可以起到一定的作用,因此可以作为硫酸锌溶液杂质深度净化除钴的一种辅助添加剂。
The effect of oxygen on cobalt removal was studied and attempts to eliminate the effects of oxygen using sodium sulfite. The effect of sodium sulfite concentration on cobalt removal efficiency was investigated. EPMA analysis of zinc powder replacement dregs, the results show that, when a large amount of Na2SO3, elemental sulfur adsorption on the surface of zinc powder to form a passivation layer, in addition to cobalt but lower; amount is too small, they can not play the role of oxygen consumption, so 100mg.L -1Na2SO3 is more suitable. It can play a certain role in the improvement of cobalt removal efficiency, so it can be used as an auxiliary additive for the deep purification of cobalt in zinc sulfate solution impurities.
