目的 探讨国人单通道多焦视诱发电位(mVEP)多个位点的波形特征及其变异性。方法 采用EDI多焦电生理系统单通道记录和分析mVEP。刺激图案含60个扇面的圆形飞镖盘样图形,对比度为99%,刺激频率为75Hz,测试野范围26°。m 系列长度为214。每眼记录分8段。双极电极跨立于枕骨粗隆上、下各3cm处。放大器增益105 倍,通频带3~100Hz。应用Matlab程序对mVEP60个位点二阶一次反应测量与计算在40~130ms观察窗范围内主波峰谷振幅与潜伏期。正常受试者64例,男性25例,女性39例,年龄13~66岁。对7例受试者在非同一日进行了2~7次的可重复性试验。用Excel与SPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果 mVEP曲线阵列中,上、下半野波形通常极性相反,但在近垂直中线区及下方近水平线区,波形极性变异较大。左眼60个位点中各位点的平均振幅从0. 177~0 .401μV不等,振幅变异系数36. 6% ~60. 7%;平均潜伏期从100~116ms,潜伏期变异系数8. 8% ~18 .1%。较大振幅的波形呈“领结”状分布,在上方的周边区、沿垂直中线处及沿水平线下方mVEP反应振幅明显较低。上半野mVEP振幅较低区,其振幅变异一般也较小;下半野振幅较大的区域其振幅的变异也较大。所有60个位点的平均振幅男性均低于女性,其中30个位点差异有统计学意义(P<0 .05)。而性别对mVEP潜伏期?
Objective To investigate the waveform characteristics and variability of multiple sites of single-channel multifocal-induced evoked potentials (mVEP) in Chinese. Methods Single channel recording and analysis of mVEP using EDI multifocal electrophysiology system. Stimulation pattern Round dart disk pattern with 60 sectors, contrast ratio of 99%, stimulation frequency of 75Hz, test field range of 26 °. m series length of 214. Record 8 points for each eye. Larger amplitudes of the waveforms were “bow tie” -shaped, with the mVEP response amplitude significantly lower in the upper perimeter, along the vertical midline, and below the horizontal.
