目的观察古生物牡蛎对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法用江苏兴化古生物牡蛎和新鲜牡蛎介壳水煎液以含生药量的100、200g/kg对小鼠灌胃给药7d,取血测定各项指标。结果可增加小鼠免疫器官重量,使B淋巴细胞产生抗羊红细胞(SRBC)抗体(溶血素)水平增加和溶血空斑形成细胞数目增多,对由绵羊红细胞诱发的小鼠足垫迟发型变态反应明显增强,对植物血凝素诱导的体内淋巴细胞转化有增强作用;但对碳粒廓清速率无明显影响。结论兴化古生物牡蛎有增强小鼠细胞免疫功能的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of ancient oysters on immune function in mice. Methods The mice were administered intragastrically with 100 and 200 g/kg crude drug extracts from ancient Xinghua Xingsheng oysters and fresh oyster shell decoction for 7 days. Blood samples were measured. The results can increase the weight of the immune organs of mice, increase the level of anti-sheep erythrocyte (SRBC) antibody (hemolysin) and increase the number of haemolysis plaque-forming cells in B lymphocytes, and delay allergic reaction to mouse foot pads induced by red blood cells of sheep. Significantly enhanced, enhanced phytohemagglutinin-induced lymphocyte transformation in vivo; but no significant effect on carbon clearance rate. Conclusion The ancient oyster of Xinghua has the function of enhancing the cellular immune function of mice.
