以上海交通大学图书馆为例,从面向学科资源建设的岗位设置改革、组织结构调整、学科资源梳理、学科资源比对等方面,对上海交通大学图书馆资源建设学科化的创新举措进行解读并从加强学科资源梳理与比对结果揭示、制订学科资源梳理比对工作规范、强化学科资源梳理比对方法研究、重视学科用户调研与意见征询等角度对该举措的可持续发展进行思考,从而为其他高校图书馆加强资源建设的学科化、强化学科馆员在资源建设中的作用提供参考。
