本文提出应用铅离子选择性电极测定合金钢中钼的方法。钢样以盐酸,过氧化氢溶解,过氯酸氧化、蒸烟,然后以甲醛还原铬(V1),並通过阳离子交換树脂以除去干扰元素,以过氯酸铅为滴定剂,铂离子选择性电极为指示电极,对淋洗液进行钼的电位滴定。实验结果表明,此法准确度高,重现性也好,是准确地测定钼的一个好方法。
This paper presents a method for the determination of molybdenum in alloy steel by using lead ion selective electrode. The steel samples were dissolved with hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, perchlorate, and steamed to smoke. The chromium (VI) was then reduced with formaldehyde and passed through the cation exchange resin to remove interfering elements. The lead perchlorate was used as titrant and the platinum ion selectivity Electrodes for the indicator electrode, the eluent titration of molybdenum. The experimental results show that the method is accurate and reproducible, which is a good method to determine molybdenum accurately.
