观察氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺的试验效果。方法选择钉螺较多且易于泥敷的环境,采用氯硝柳胺0g/m2(作为对照)、4g/m2、6g/m2、8g/m2、10g/m2共计5个药物剂量组进行现场泥敷灭螺,在灭螺前及灭螺后7d、15d、30d、90d和180d观察钉螺密度和活螺密度。结果各浓度组均有大量钉螺死亡,死亡率在60%100%之间;活螺密度下降率90%以上。结论氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺效果较好,钉螺死亡率高,钉螺密度下降幅度大,维持时间较长。建议现场使用6g/m2的灭螺剂量。
Observation niclosamide mud snail test results. Methods A large number of snails were selected and placed in a muddy environment. Niclosamide 0g / m2 (control), 4g / m2, 6g / m2, 8g / m2 and 10g / Oncomelania snail density and live snail density were observed before molting and after molting on the 7d, 15d, 30d, 90d and 180d.
