目的研究耳支架覆盖组织瓣的模板设计,探讨一种精确可靠的组织瓣设计方法。方法运用工程图学理论和CT三维测量技术,对40只发育正常耳廓的表面三维形态进行近似平面展开,据此展开图形设计耳支架覆盖组织瓣模板。结果健康人耳廓表面三维形态的展开图形具有大致相似的基本形状,据此基本图形的关键点可绘制出SMAS组织瓣的简化模板。结论应用CT三维测量模板设计耳支架覆盖组织瓣准确可靠。
Objective To study the template design of ear flap covering tissue flap and to explore a precise and reliable method of flap design. Methods Using the engineering graphics theory and CT three-dimensional measurement technique, the three-dimensional surface morphology of 40 normal pinnae was developed in an approximately planar manner. Based on this, the ear pattern was designed to cover the tissue flap template. Results The unfolding pattern of the three-dimensional shape of the auricle surface in healthy people has a roughly similar basic shape, and the key points of the basic pattern can draw a simplified template of the SMAS tissue flap. Conclusion It is accurate and reliable to design the ear flap covering tissue flap with CT three-dimensional measurement template.
