研究了40Cr钢普通离子氮化和强化离子氮化后的显微组织和物相组成,测定了氮化层的显微硬度和耐磨性。α″、CrN和Cr_2N相的弥散析出,是强化离子氮化优于普通离子氮化的原因。
The microstructure and phase composition of 40Cr steel after general ion nitriding and ion nitriding were studied. The microhardness and wear resistance of the nitrided layer were measured. α ", CrN and Cr_2N dispersed precipitation, is enhanced ion nitriding is superior to ordinary ion nitriding reasons.
