目前,我国的出版业面临着改革与发展的双重考验,以集团化作为出版产业结构调整,实行政企分开,管办分离的管理体制,组建起真正的市场竞争主体的出版体制、机制的变革已在全国各地积极展开,这既是我国加入 WTO 后国际文化市场竞争的需要,也是对国内图书市场竞争不断加剧的积极回应。出版社作为一个生产特殊商品——图书的事业单位,与其他企业一样要参与市场竞争,要考虑投入、产出的对比,要对各种成本指标进行核算,并最终计算盈利。面对出版业的集团化建设,出版社的图书发行工作将如何来调整自己,把握机遇,与时俱进?笔者试图从出版集团这个角度,结合当前国内出版发行界普遍存在的一些现象与现状,来浅谈我省出版社如何依托集团带来的各种优势,加强本社图书的出版发行,进一步把书业做大做
