总结了火力发电厂卸煤沟采用膨胀混凝土的工程实践 ,建立补偿收缩计算模型和膨胀当量温差概念 ,用极限应变计算代替传统的温度应力计算。伸缩缝不是防止结构裂缝的唯一因素 ,采用膨胀混凝土是混凝土防裂抗渗的有效途径 ,规范规定的 30m伸缩缝可增加到 60m。要充分发挥膨胀混凝土的潜能 ,必须同时辅以适当的温度控制 ,才有可能做到既经济合理 ,又能有效地解决大体积混凝土的冷缩和干缩开裂问题
The engineering practice of using expansive concrete in the coal ditch of coal-fired power plants is summarized. The calculation model of compensation shrinkage and the concept of temperature difference of expansion equivalence are established. The calculation of ultimate stress instead of the traditional temperature stress is made. Expansion joint is not the only factor to prevent structural cracks. Expansion concrete is an effective way to prevent cracking and impermeability of concrete. The 30m expansion joint specified in the regulation can be increased to 60m. To fully develop the potential of expansive concrete, we must also be accompanied by appropriate temperature control, it is possible to achieve both economic and reasonable, but also effectively solve the mass concrete shrinkage and shrinkage cracking problems
