本文是北京工业学院和北京市汽车减震器厂联合研制S30-19A_2减振器的基本技术总结。文章用常规设计的观点分析了车辆液力减振器的工作原理和工作特性,并就减振器内特性和外特性的关系、减振器开阀点的合理设计、减振器阻力热衰减率的控制等几个有关车辆液力减振器设计的基本问题进行了探讨;它的基本观点已反映在S30-19A_2减振器的设计中,并通过样品试验和技术鉴定获得了初步验证。
This article is a summary of the basic technology of S30-19A_2 shock absorber jointly developed by Beijing Institute of Technology and Beijing Automobile Shock Absorber Factory. The paper analyzes the working principle and working characteristics of vehicle hydraulic shock absorbers from the perspective of conventional design, and on the relationship between the characteristics of the shock absorbers and the external characteristics, the reasonable design of the damper open points, the thermal damping of the shock absorbers Rate control and several other issues related to the design of vehicle hydraulic shock absorbers were discussed; its basic view has been reflected in the design of S30-19A_2 shock absorber, and obtained preliminary verification through the sample test and technical appraisal.
