当前在深化企业内部改革的浪潮中,建立厂长对企业中“双文明”,建设全面负责的新体制,是企业实现现代化科学管理的客观要求,是我国经济体制改革在企业中的体现。目前实行厂长负责制的企业有些搞的较好,试行的结果是成功的,但也还存在着不少弊病,主要是存在短期行为。为建设有中国特色的社会主义,全面落实厂长负责制,必须克服当前实行厂长负责制中所暴露的短期行为。
At present, in the process of deepening the internal reform of enterprises, establishing a new system that the factory director is fully responsible for the “double civilisation” and construction of the enterprise is an objective requirement for the enterprise to realize modern scientific management, and is an embodiment of China’s economic system reform in the enterprise. At present, some companies that implement the director responsibility system are doing a good job. The result of the trial is successful, but there are still many shortcomings, mainly short-term behavior. In order to build socialism with Chinese characteristics and fully implement the director responsibility system, we must overcome the short-term behavior exposed in the current implementation of the director responsibility system.
