目的 明确颏舌肌 (genioglossus,GG)在口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructivesleepapneasyndroms ,OSAS)中的作用。方法 采用多导夜间睡眠监测和同步GG肌电图检查的方法 ,对 15例男性OSAS患者阻鼾器治疗前后的GG肌电活性进行比较。结果 治疗后患者整夜和睡眠呼吸暂停发作时的GG肌电活性均降低 ,GG肌电活性的波动幅度也得到了改善。结论口腔矫治器治疗OSAS的机理是机械性扩大上气道。
Objective To investigate the role of genioglossus (GG) in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS) with oral appliance. Methods Multi-nocturnal nocturnal sleep monitoring and synchronous GG electromyography were used to compare the myoelectric activity of GG in 15 male OSAS patients before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the GG myoelectrical activity decreased and GG myoelectric activity fluctuations were also improved during the whole night and sleep apnea episodes. Conclusion The mechanism of oral appliances for the treatment of OSAS is mechanical expansion of the upper airway.
