钢中微量硅的测定,可采用直接钼蓝光度法,但是硅钼蓝在720nm波长处,摩尔吸光系数为1.46×10~4,灵敏度较低。文献提出:硅钼杂多酸与甲基绿碱性染料阳离子形成离子缔合物,可以提高测定的灵敏度。本文试验在阿拉伯树胶的保护下,使缔合物不沉淀,从而在水相中显色。其摩尔吸光系数可达2.3×10~5,方法简便,准确度和再现性良好。
Determination of trace silicon in steel, direct molybdenum blue spectrophotometry can be used, but silicon molybdenum blue at 720nm wavelength, the molar absorption coefficient of 1.46 × 10 ~ 4, lower sensitivity. The literature suggests that heteropolyacids of silicon and molybdenum form ionomers with methyl green basic dye cations to increase the sensitivity of the assay. In this paper, the experiment under the protection of gum arabic, so that the association does not precipitate, and thus in the aqueous color. Its molar absorption coefficient up to 2.3 × 10 ~ 5, the method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
