文中介紹了电解精炼镁的試驗,研究了电解質成分对电流效率的影响,找出了最高阳极电流效率时的最佳电解質成分。确认MgCl_2—KCl—NaCl系电解質中,游离MgCl_2或MgCl_2—KCl含量等于25~40克分子%时,阴极电流效率最高。电解質中KCl:(KCl+NaCl)比值越低电流效率越高。向該系电解質中,添加CaCl_2和BaCl_2对提高电流效率有良好作用。电解精炼鎂的最适宜温度为680℃。
In this paper, the test of electrolyzing magnesium is introduced. The effect of electrolyte composition on current efficiency is studied, and the best electrolyte composition at the highest anode current efficiency is found out. It was confirmed that when the content of free MgCl 2 or MgCl 2 -KCl is equal to 25-40 mol% in MgCl 2 -KCl-NaCl electrolyte, the cathode current efficiency is the highest. The lower the ratio of KCl: (KCl + NaCl) in electrolyte is, the higher the current efficiency is. To the Department of electrolyte, the addition of CaCl_2 and BaCl_2 to improve the current efficiency has a good effect. The optimum temperature for electrolytic refining of magnesium is 680 ° C.
