食物是为人体提供生存和动力的能量来源,一般来说都是安全的。但是在日常生活中,我们经常可以见到食物过敏现象的发生。比如有人吃鱼、肉、奶、蛋、醋、酒、酱及某些蔬菜水果后,会出现头昏、恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、湿疹、荨麻疹、腹泻等症状,严重的甚至出现过敏性休克。特别是近几年随着环境污染后果的显现,人类体质和食物构成发生了微妙的变化。食物过敏现象越来越多,最为出名的案例是一个对所有食物都过敏的澳洲男孩,在人们眼中最为普通的就餐成了对他最大的折磨。这种病是怎么引起的?能不能预防?成了人们为关心的话题。
