目的评价某体温计厂汞作业技改项目防汞设施效果,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供依据。方法依据GBZ 1-2002《工业企业设计卫生标准》、GBZ 159-2004《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》,采用现场调查、现场检测、检查表、定量分级等方法对技改项目进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素为汞。经检测,技改后重汞作业区和轻汞作业区汞浓度分别为(0.045±0.033)mg/m3和(0.012±0.014)mg/m3,与技改前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。该技改项目的总体布置、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理、辅助用室等基本符合国家有关法规。结论该项目的防汞措施基本有效、可行。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of anti-mercury facilities in a thermometer project of mercury thermometer in a thermometer plant and provide basis for the approval of construction projects by health administrative departments. Methods Based on GBZ 1-2002 “Hygienic Standard for Design of Industrial Enterprises” and GBZ 159-2004 “Sampling Specifications for Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in the Air at Workplace”, the technical renovation project was carried out by means of on-site investigation, on-site inspection, checklist and quantitative grading Evaluation. Results The main occupational hazard factor in the production of this project was mercury. After testing, the concentrations of mercury in the heavy-mercury area and light-mercury area after technical renovation were (0.045 ± 0.033) mg / m3 and (0.012 ± 0.014) mg / m3, respectively, <0.01). The overall layout of the technological transformation project, the layout of production equipment, occupational disease protection facilities, personal use of protective equipment, occupational health management, auxiliary room basically in line with relevant state laws and regulations. Conclusion The project’s mercury prevention measures are basically effective and feasible.
