1983年6月26日—7月1日于荷兰阿姆斯特丹市国际会议中心(RAI)举行第23届国际光谱学及第10届国际原子吸收光谱学学术会议(简称23CSI)。由理论和应用化学国际联盟(IUPAC)发起,荷兰皇家化学学会分析化学部主办。参加国家33个,代表774人,文章453篇,大会报告79篇其余都是以大字报形式报展。同时有二十八家公司的分析仪器、试剂等展览;三家图书出版展览。我国出席会议有四名代表及二位在国外留学生。会议内容比较丰富广泛,原子发射光谱法(AES)文章居首位98篇,其次原子吸收光谱法(AAS)62篇,原子荧光光谱法(AFS)10篇,X-射线光谱法33篇,红外及拉曼光谱法33篇,紫外及可见光谱法21篇,表面及薄层光谱法14篇,无机质谱分析11篇,激光光谱学10篇,监测系统8篇,标准参考物质及方法12篇,环境分析22篇,生物、临床及药物分析18篇,金属及工业材料分析31篇,地质及石油化学分析26篇,农业及食品分析10篇,AES、AAS及AFS的联用21篇,火焰、等离子体、石墨炉的分子发射5篇,其他8篇。
The 23rd International Symposium on Spectroscopy and the 10th International Symposium on Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (23CSI) was held from June 26 to July 1, 1983 at the International Convention Center (RAI) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Initiated by the International Union of Theoretical and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), sponsored by the Analytical Chemistry Department of the Royal Society of Chemistry, the Netherlands. 33 participating countries, representing 774 people, articles 453 articles, the rest of the 79 reports are reported in the form of posters. At the same time there are 28 companies of analytical instruments, reagents and other exhibitions; three book publishing exhibition. Our country attended the meeting with four representatives and two foreign students. The content of the conference was rich and extensive. Atomic emission spectrometry (AES) ranked the first 98 articles, followed by AAS 62, AFS 10, X-ray 33, and infrared And 33 Raman spectroscopy, 21 UV and visible spectroscopy, 14 surface and thin layer spectroscopy, 11 inorganic mass spectrometry, 10 laser spectroscopy, 8 monitoring system, 12 standard reference materials and methods, 22 environmental analysis, 18 biological, clinical and drug analysis, 31 metal and industrial materials analysis, 26 geological and petrochemical analysis, 10 agriculture and food analysis, 21 AES, AAS and AFS, flame, Plasma, graphite furnace molecular emission 5, the other 8 articles.
