依据衰老状态下的应激能力降低的学说,本文以60℃和-10℃高、低温环境和常压缺氧条件,观察D′S—AFP对动物应激能力的影响。结果表明,D′S—AFP灌胃昆明种小白鼠,总剂量0.2g/天,连续30天,其对高温、低温和常压缺氧的应激能力明显改善,分别与对照组和安慰剂组比较,差别均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。这提示,D′S-AFP的抗衰老保健作用,可能与其改善机体的应激能力有关。
According to the hypothesis of the decrement of stress ability under the condition of aging, the effects of D’S-AFP on the stress ability of animals were observed under the conditions of high and low temperature of 60 ℃ and -10 ℃ and hypoxia at atmospheric pressure. The results showed that, D’S-AFP administered Kunming mice, the total dose of 0.2g / day for 30 days, its high temperature, low temperature and atmospheric hypoxia stress significantly improved, respectively, and the control group and placebo The differences between the two groups were significant (P <0.01).
