用高效液相色谱法测定活血止痛胶囊中阿魏酸的含量。以Ｖ（甲醇）：Ｖ（１％冰乙酸）＝４０：６０为流动相，检测波长３２０ ｎｍ，平均回收率为９９．２％，ＲＳＤ为０．９％。该方法简便，重复性好，其它组分对测定无干拢，可用于质量控制。
Determination of ferulic acid in Huoxue Zhitong Capsules by HPLC. The mobile phase was V (methanol): V (1% glacial acetic acid) = 40:60. The detection wavelength was 320 nm. The average recovery was 99.2% and the RSD was 0.9%. The method is simple, reproducible, and other components can be used for quality control.
