油气混输管道在油气田地面集输系统中的应用日益广泛,其压降计算对于经济管径的选择具有决定性作用。基于DuklerⅠ、DuklerⅡ、Beggs-Brill(B-B)和Baker这4种油气混输管道压降计算公式,以C++Builder6.0为编程环境,编制压降计算软件,针对具体实例计算管道压降,并与多相流模拟软件OLGA的计算结果对比,得出不同计算公式的适用条件。此外,针对高、低粘原油,选择适当的计算公式研究油气混输管道压降的主要影响因素,获得其在不同气液比、管径和流型下的压降变化规律。
The application of oil and gas mixing pipe in the gathering and transportation system of oil and gas fields is increasingly widespread. The calculation of pressure drop is decisive for the selection of economic pipe diameter. Based on the pressure drop calculation formulas of DuklerⅠ, DuklerⅡ, Beggs-Brill (BB) and Baker, the pressure drop calculation software is compiled with C ++ Builder6.0 as programming environment, and the pipeline pressure drop is calculated according to specific examples. Compared with the results of multiphase flow simulation software OLGA, the applicable conditions of different calculation formulas are obtained. In addition, for the high and low viscosity crude oil, choosing the appropriate formula to study the main factors that affect the pressure drop of oil and gas pipelines, and obtaining the law of pressure drop under different gas-liquid ratio, pipe diameter and flow pattern.
