目的 评价 4%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂现场灭螺效果。方法 4%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂采用机械喷粉的方法 ,分为 2 5 g/ m2、5 0 g/ m2、75 g/ m2 3个浓度组 ;同时设 5 0 %氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂作为对照 ,采用喷洒的方法 ,浓度分别为 1 g/ m2 、2 g/ m2 、4g/ m2 ,分别于施药后 3 d、7d、1 5 d观察钉螺的死亡率和活螺密度。结果4%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂现场喷粉 3 d后 3个浓度剂量组钉螺校正死亡率分别为 84.5 6%、93 .5 6%、98.0 2 % ,同期 5 0 %氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂相应浓度组分别为 72 .2 0 %、95 .96%、91 .1 1 % ;施药 1 5 d后 ,4%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂 3个浓度剂量组钉螺校正死亡率分别为 94.1 6%、98.79%、96.69% ,与同期 5 0 %氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂相应浓度组的 95 .64%、97.67%、97.65 %、相比 ,钉螺死亡率均达 90 %以上。 结论 4%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐粉剂现场使用具有很好的杀螺效果。
