观察了Bruce运动试验对28名年轻健康人血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素(6-K-PGF1a)的影响。结果表明:Bruce试验进行12分钟时与试验前、试验6分钟时比较,TXB2显著升高(p<0.01);试验停止后8分钟时与运动12分钟时比较,血浆TXB2显著下降(p<0.01)。6-K-PF1a在12分钟运动试验内变化不明显,但在试验停止后8分钟却显著升高(p<0.01)。结论:多极运动可致血浆TXB2、6-K-PGF1a升高。这可能是运动防治高血压的机理之一。
The effects of Bruce treadmill test on plasma TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1a in 28 young healthy subjects were observed. The results showed that TXB2 was significantly increased (p <0.01) at 12 min in Bruce’s test compared with 6 min before and 6 min after test; TXB2 was significantly decreased at 8 min <0.01). 6-K-PF1a did not change significantly during the 12-minute exercise test but was significantly increased 8 minutes after the trial was stopped (p <0.01). Conclusion: Multipolar exercise can cause plasma TXB2, 6-K-PGF1a increased. This may be one of the mechanisms of exercise prevention and treatment of hypertension.
