为实现串联式混合动力电动汽车(SHEV)中辅助动力单元(APU)的高效、经济运行,提出了一种APU动态控制器结构,该控制器基于Irfineon XC164CS单片机,采用模块化方法,设计开发了数据采集系统,包括中断控制的转速采集模块、A/D转换模块和CAN通信模块,并对系统进行了台架试验。通过台架测试表明,系统采集精度高、速度快、可靠性好、调整方便,能够保证系统动态响应过程中转速稳定和恒流充电的特性,并且可实现故障诊断功能,满足实际的要求,达到了预期的控制目的和效果。
