In this paper, 631 male fishermen from Zhoushan were surveyed by RPHA method. Among them, 122 were positive for HBsAg, the positive rate was 19.33%, which was higher than that of other local and other local populations. The positive distribution of HBsAg in different ships was non- Uniformity. The reasons for the high carrying of HBsAg in fishermen were analyzed. The author thinks that fishermen may spread their food because of their long-term special living conditions on the ship and the HBsAg-positive cooks. It proposed that the fishermen should adopt the catering system and strengthen the monitoring and management of the illnesses of the cooks to prevent the spread of Hepatitis B.
