图书市场竞争日趋白热化,对区位优势、出版资源、信息获取、市场占有等都先天不足的地方出版社来说,选择适合自身生存和发展的战略显得尤其重要。本文以贵州地区出版社近年的图书选题策划及数字化转型为案例,分析其出版特点和转型战略,并就地方出版社在新的竞争态势下的突围提出要树立精品书意识、互联网意识和大数据意识。
