制备了选择性激光烧结用覆膜钼粉,采用用SLS技术制备了成型件。利用真空炉对成型件进行了后处理,并得到了脱脂、预烧结和高温烧结的最佳工艺。对成型件和高温烧结件的微观形貌和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:最佳工艺为脱脂温度300~400℃,预烧结温度1200~1400℃,高温活化烧结1600℃。高温活化烧结后的成型件物理性能得到很大提高,孔隙率14.5%,体密度6.3 g·cm-3,抗拉强度304.5 MPa,伸长率为7.8%和冲击韧性9.6 k J·m2。
A coated molybdenum powder for selective laser sintering was prepared, and a molded article was prepared by using SLS technology. The molded parts were treated by vacuum furnace and the best process of degreasing, presintering and high temperature sintering were obtained. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the shaped parts and high temperature sintered parts were studied. The results show that the optimum process is the degreasing temperature of 300 ~ 400 ℃, the pre - sintering temperature of 1200 ~ 1400 ℃, the high temperature activation sintering of 1600 ℃. The physical properties of the molded parts after high temperature activation sintering are greatly improved. The porosity is 14.5%, the bulk density is 6.3 g · cm-3, the tensile strength is 304.5 MPa, the elongation is 7.8% and the impact toughness is 9.6 kJ · m2.
