氯化饮用水浓缩液对大鼠肝细胞色素P-450(CytP-450)酶系具有程度不等的抑制作用,对其代谢相关的化学发光(CL)效应却具有明显诱导作用。但水煮沸后,遗传毒性有所降低,且对前者的抑制和对后者的诱导作用都明显减轻。提示自由基效应和氯化水的遗传毒性相联系;煮沸能有效减轻对CytP-450酶系的抑制和对细胞过氧化态的诱导以及缓解对突变基因表达的促进作用。
Concentration of chlorinated drinking water on rat liver cytochrome P-450 (CytP-450) enzymes with varying degrees of inhibition, its metabolism-related chemiluminescence (CL) effect has a significant induction. However, after the water was boiled, the genotoxicity was reduced, and the inhibition of the former and the induction of the latter were significantly reduced. It is suggested that the free radical effect is related to the genotoxicity of chlorinated water. Boiling can effectively reduce the inhibition of CytP-450 and the induction of cellular peroxidation and alleviate the promotion of the gene expression.
