Objective To study the relationship between immunological parameters, peripheral blood components and symptoms and signs in AIDS patients and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 249 cases of AIDS patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in Tanzania. Their WBC, Hb, LY, LY%, CD4 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD8 +, CD4 / CD8 + And the relationship between the 11 symptoms and signs for statistical analysis. Results There was significant difference between the two groups (LY and WBC3) in different CD4 + groups, but there was no significant difference between LY and WBC3 groups. LY, LY%, WBC and Hb decreased significantly with the decrease of CD4 + There was a positive correlation between CD4 + count and LY cell count. When CD4 + <200 / mm3, there was a significant positive correlation between CD4 + counts and LY% and WBC. No significant correlation was found between the other two groups. Hb and CD4 + The total score of the three groups increased with the decrease of CD4 + in CD4 + staging group, especially the total score of CD4 + <200 / mm3 group and the latter two groups were significantly different; CD4 + cells decreased and increased, and CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, CD4 +% have a significant negative correlation. Conclusions LY cell count can also be regarded as an important index to measure the immune function of patients. Except for CD4 + count, CD4 + / CD8 + and CD4 +% also have some significance for disease progression, and the significance of CD8 +% and CD8 + count Not obvious.
