一株羊轮状病毒经初生小牛肾原代细胞传代,定名为LLR-85株。按Jennerian种痘法的原理,取第37代和第19代毒种,作为人用口服轮状病毒活疫苗的候选疫苗株。疫苗株电镜检查形态典型,抗原鉴定为A群、亚群Ⅰ、血清型G10和P12。电泳型为长型,11条带。病毒滴度可达105.0~7.0TCIDEA50。经无菌试验、支原体检查、外源因子检查及动物安全试验等项目检定,均符合我国规程要求。疫苗株遗传性状稳定,有望用于婴幼儿轮状病毒急性腹泻的预防。
A sheep rotavirus passaged primary calf kidney primary cells, named LLR-85 strains. According to the Jennerian principle of vaccination, the 37th and 19th passages were taken as candidate vaccine strains for human oral rotavirus live vaccine. The electron microscopic examination of the vaccine strains showed typical morphological features. The antigen was identified as group A, group I, and serotypes G10 and P12. Electrophoresis as long, 11 strips. Virus titers up to 105.0 ~ 7.0TCIDEA50. After aseptic test, mycoplasma examination, exogenous factor tests and animal safety tests and other items tested, are in line with the requirements of our code. Vaccine Stable genetic traits, is expected to be used for prevention of acute diarrhea in infants with rotavirus.
