高校人事档案管理是高校档案管理工作的重要内容之一。目前,随着我国高校办学规模的扩大,高校人事档案管理工作也越来越复杂,如何做好该项工作是高校人事档案工作者共同思考的问题。高校人事档案管理模式有多种,每种模式都各有优劣,只有对各管理模式的优缺点及各自优点充分发挥的条件做深入的思考,才能适应高校人事档案工作改革需要,使该项工作在高校发展的新时期发挥更大的重要作用。
