针对原有履带架定位夹紧工装,在左右履带架和中间架总成拼焊时,履带架中心面平行度和尺寸超差,其定位原理难以保证行走架拼焊精度的设计要求。履带架中心面平行度和尺寸超差,是导致挖掘机整机行驶跑偏、“四轮一带”磨损和履带啃轨等问题产生的主要因素之一。提出以履带架中心面定位、对称分开式夹紧工装的改进方案,主要特点是以履带架中心面为横向定位基准,同时进行高度方向定位和横向夹紧,使制造工艺基准和设计基准重合,消除了基准转换产生的累积误差,从定位原理上改进了原有工装的设计。对改进后工装进行验证,结果表明所有关键尺寸和公差都在设计要求的公差范围内,满足设计要求,对控制挖掘机行走时的跑偏量起到重要作用,无履带啃轨现象,定位夹紧原理改进方案可行有效。
For the original crawler frame positioning fixture, when the left and right crawler frame and the middle frame assembly welding, the parallelism and oversize of the crawler frame center plane, the positioning principle is difficult to guarantee the design requirements of the precision welding frame. The main idea is to take the center plane of the track frame as the horizontal positioning reference, at the same time, to position and transversely clamp in the height direction so as to make the manufacturing process reference and the design baseline coincide, Eliminate the cumulative error caused by the benchmark conversion, from the positioning principle to improve the design of the original tooling. The verification of the improved tooling shows that all the key dimensions and tolerances are within the designed tolerances to meet the design requirements and play an important role in controlling the deviation of the excavator when it travels. Tight principles to improve the program is feasible and effective.
