研究甘草黄酮对乙醇氧化损伤小鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响。采用60只体质量为(18±2)g的清洁级小白鼠(雌雄各半),随机分为6组,每组10只小白鼠,试验全期自由饮水。在试验第42天对模型组、对照组和3个剂量组(150、100和40 mg/(kg·d))禁食16 h(过夜),称质量,然后按12 m L/kg体质量一次性灌胃50%乙醇,6 h后取材(对照组不作处理,不禁食),采血,测定各组小鼠血清中NO含量及NOS活性。结果表明:试验组小鼠血清中NO含量及NOS活性显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。
To study the effect of licorice flavonoids on the content of nitric oxide (NO) and the activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the serum of ethanol-induced oxidative stress mice. Sixty clean mice (18 ± 2 g) were randomly divided into six groups (10 male and one female), with 10 mice in each group. All the rats were given free drinking water throughout the experiment. The model group, the control group, and the three dose groups (150, 100 and 40 mg / (kg • d)) were fasted for 16 h (overnight) on day 42 of the experiment and weighed and then dosed at 12 m L / kg of body weight 50% ethanol was given to the rats in one time, and the material was taken 6 hours later (no treatment and no fasting) in the control group. Blood samples were collected for determination of NO content and NOS activity. The results showed that the content of NO and the activity of NOS in serum of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the normal control group (P <0.05).
