开展工资集体协商、签订工资集体协议,是建立适应社会主义市场经济体制要求的企业工资分配机制的重要内容。工资集体协商在西方发达国家已有200多年的历史。我国在解放前和解放初期都曾开展过工资集体协商,尤其是建国初期签订的行业性工资协议,为当时稳定劳动关系,促进国民经济的恢复和发展起到了积极的作用。
Collective wage negotiations and the signing of collective wage agreements are important components of establishing an enterprise wage distribution mechanism that meets the requirements of the socialist market economic system. The collective wage negotiations have been in the developed western countries for more than 200 years. In the pre-liberation and early liberation periods, China carried out wage collective bargaining, especially the industrial wage agreement signed in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, which played a positive role in stabilizing labor relations and promoting the restoration and development of the national economy.
